Return Policy


30-Day Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise (excluding jewelry) within 30 days of the initial purchase date. To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original form (unworn, undamaged, with tags).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.  Please use the shipping method that is most convenient for you.

Your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. Note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to show up on your billing statement. If merchandise is returned damaged, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee.


Sale Items

Returned sale items (excluding jewelry) are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned to us within 15 days of the initial purchase date. No refunds will be issued for such merchandise.


Non-Returnable Items

All jewelry is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


Damaged Items or Wrong Size/Color/Item

If you have received a damaged item or something different than what you ordered, notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package. If it was our mistake, we will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your name, billing address and a phone number where you can be reached along with your order number, if possible.
